How it works

Four fields and an M-Pesa prompt. There is no signup step and no password to invent.

### 1. Pick a service and a quantity

Each service page shows live prices in shillings, generated from what the delivery network is charging right now. Pick a quantity and the price updates immediately. What you see is what M-Pesa will ask for — there is nothing added at checkout.

### 2. Enter your link, email and number

We check the shape of the link against the platform you chose, which catches the single most common mistake: pasting a TikTok URL into an Instagram order. We cannot check whether the profile is the right one or whether it is public, so confirm that yourself before paying.

### 3. Pay with M-Pesa

An STK prompt arrives on your handset. Enter your PIN there. The order page updates itself when the payment clears, so you can leave it open and watch rather than refreshing.

### 4. We create your account behind the payment

Once payment clears we create an account against your email address so the order is findable later. It has no password, because we never generate one and never send one. You reach it through the tracking link in your receipt, which works for 30 days without signing in, or by asking for a sign-in link by email. Set a password only if you want one.

### 5. Delivery and refunds

Delivery usually starts within minutes and is paced rather than dumped. The tracking page shows the count recorded before we started, so you can measure what arrived. Anything that does not arrive is refunded automatically.
